We only receive what you type into one of the site’s three forms:

• Request a demo, on the page: your name and email address.
• Request a demo, in the window that opens from the menu and the solutions: your name, work email, company, and the solution you are interested in.
• Newsletter: your email address.

With each form we also receive which form it was and the page you sent it from. Nothing is collected until you press the button.

The form sends what you typed to our server, which runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The server passes it on as an email, through our email delivery provider, Resend, to our team inbox on Google Workspace (Resend keeps its own delivery records). We do not keep form submissions in a database: the email in our inbox is the record.

Like every request to our server, a form submission leaves a line in its technical log: the time, the address requested, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. Nothing you typed is logged, and the log is deleted after 30 days. To prevent abuse, the server also uses your IP address to limit how many forms one network can send.

We use what you send to answer your request and, if you subscribed, to send you news from TasteGraph. We do not sell it.

The pages are served by Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront), which has to process your IP address to deliver them. We have not turned on access logs for the site, so we keep no record of your visits.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images come from tastegraph.ai itself. Links to other sites, such as the sources cited in our research notes, are only followed if you click them.

To see what you have sent us, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop receiving news, write to contact@tastegraph.ai.

If this notice changes, the new version will be on this page with a new effective date.
